Privacy and personal data
This page explains how RACA AB handles information when you visit raca.se or contact us by email. It covers this website and our correspondence with you, not our other services.
Who is responsible for your data?
RACA AB is the controller for the processing described here. You can reach us through the contact page if you have questions about your data or want to exercise your rights.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. When you visit, technical information such as your IP address, the requested page and connection details is processed to display the page and protect it from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a functional and secure website.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used and performs. It measures page views and loading times, among other things. It does not use cookies for visitor analytics. Our legitimate interest is to understand and improve the website.
Your browser choices
If you choose a language or dark mode, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It is used to display the website as you prefer and can be removed in your browser settings.
When you email us
If you contact us, we process your email address, your message and any information you provide to reply and follow up. Email is handled in Microsoft 365. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering inquiries. If you ask for a proposal, processing may also be necessary to take steps before entering into a contract.
Retention and providers
We keep correspondence while handling your inquiry and for as long as it is needed for continued contact. Emails documenting a customer relationship, agreements or decisions may need to be kept longer so we can follow up on our commitments or handle legal claims. Information in accounting records may need to be kept under the law. We delete information when it is no longer needed. Technical information and analytics are handled according to Cloudflare's retention periods.
Cloudflare and Microsoft provide our website and email services, respectively. They may process information in other countries under their terms and applicable safeguards. Contact us if you want details about a specific transfer.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction or deletion. In some cases, you can request restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Legal requirements or other legitimate reasons may limit these rights.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
